In practice the payment picture is clear-cut: money goes in via Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, with a bank transfer as the only way out. Since March 2026 the Payconiq by Bancontact app is officially called Bancontact Pay.
Per transaction Bancontact Pay lets €1500 through, and €2500 per day. The stake lands without delay; on your account it usually appears after one to three banking days, regardless of how fast the operator approves.
Signup, KYC and support
Signing up looks roughly the same on every site: identity details that match, and a check on them. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice.
The desk answers in English, and no Belgian body arbitrates a dispute. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; in a disagreement it comes down exclusively to those.

Player questions
- From what age may I play?
You must be 21. Younger is only allowed at the National Lottery. The rule applies online and on-site alike. A falsified age costs you the whole balance at payout.
- How does wagering work?
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Bonus money and own money are often counted separately. Check whether your game counts before you start.
- What is EPIS?
EPIS is the central register — registering is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The register is not publicly searchable. Physical venues will refuse you afterwards too.
- Does Play Regal hold a Belgian licence?
No. Play Regal holds no Belgian licence and appears on the Gaming Commission's black list. It takes two clicks to verify. The list is public on gamingcommission.be.
- How much may I deposit per week?
€200 per week per site by default. Lowering it is immediate; raising it needs a check and a delay. A lower limit is active immediately. The ceiling counts per week, not per month.
